Die Situation auf den internationalen Rohstoff- und Beschaffungsmärkten bleibt angespannt und hat sich in den vergangenen Wochen nicht entspannt.
Die Preisentwicklungen im Bereich der Kunststoffe setzen sich fort. Neben Verpackungslösungen auf Basis von Polyethylen (LDPE) und Polypropylen (PP) sind zunehmend auch Produkte aus Polyethylenterephthalat (PET) betroffen. Darüber hinaus sind vermehrt auch Klebebänder aus sämtlichen Kunststoffarten sowie Verpackungslösungen aus PVC von Preissteigerungen und eingeschränkten Verfügbarkeiten betroffen. Zudem zeichnet sich ein Engpass bei der Verfügbarkeit bestimmter Kunststoffgranulate sowie bei Recyclinggranulaten ab.
In verschiedenen Produktgruppen werden kurzfristige und teilweise sehr kurzfristig angekündigte Preisanpassungen umgesetzt. Bei Nichtakzeptanz dieser Anpassungen sehen sich Hersteller zunehmend gezwungen, bestätigte Aufträge zu stornieren. Gleichzeitig verkürzen sich die Preisgültigkeiten und werden teilweise nur noch kurzfristig bestätigt. Zudem ist vermehrt festzustellen, dass Lieferanten keine verbindlichen Mengen mehr garantieren oder bestätigte Volumen unter Vorbehalt stellen bzw. anpassen.
Auch bei Papierprodukten, Wellpappe sowie Holzpaletten führen weiterhin steigende Energie-, Transport- und Logistikkosten zu entsprechenden Kostenanpassungen.
Vor diesem Hintergrund behalten wir uns vor, Preise, Verfügbarkeiten, Lieferfristen sowie Liefermengen anzupassen, sofern entsprechende Änderungen durch unsere Vorlieferanten oder durch Marktverhältnisse erforderlich werden. Dies gilt auch für abgegebene Angebote sowie bestätigte Aufträge, soweit wir selbst betroffen sind und dies gesetzlich zulässig ist.
Diese Situation ist als aussergewöhnliche Marktstörung und als Fall höherer Gewalt (Force Majeure) einzustufen.
Für Sie bedeutet dies, dass sich Preise, Verfügbarkeiten und Lieferzeiten kurzfristig verändern können.
Wir stehen in engem Austausch mit unseren Lieferanten und prüfen laufend alternative Beschaffungsquellen.
Für kritische Produkte empfehlen wir eine frühzeitige Bedarfsplanung sowie eine rechtzeitige Abstimmung.

Évolution du marché des produits d’emballage et plastiques

La situation sur les marchés internationaux des matières premières et de l’approvisionnement demeure tendue et ne s’est pas détendue ces dernières semaines.
Les évolutions de prix dans le domaine des plastiques se poursuivent. Outre les solutions d’emballage à base de polyéthylène (LDPE) et de polypropylène (PP), les produits en polyéthylène téréphtalate (PET) sont également de plus en plus concernés. Par ailleurs, les rubans adhésifs en matières plastiques de tous types ainsi que les solutions d’emballage en PVC sont désormais également touchés par des hausses de prix et des limitations de disponibilité. De plus, une pénurie concernant la disponibilité de certains granulés plastiques ainsi que de granulés recyclés commence à se dessiner.
Dans différents segments de produits, des ajustements de prix sont appliqués à très court terme, parfois avec un préavis extrêmement réduit. En cas de non-acceptation de ces ajustements, les fabricants se voient de plus en plus contraints d’annuler des commandes déjà confirmées. Parallèlement, les durées de validité des prix se raccourcissent et ne sont parfois confirmées qu’à court terme. De plus, les fournisseurs ne garantissent plus systématiquement des quantités fermes ou adaptent les volumes confirmés.
Les produits en papier, le carton ondulé ainsi que les palettes en bois restent également concernés par des ajustements de coûts, notamment en raison de l’évolution des coûts de l’énergie, du transport et de la logistique.
Dans ce contexte, nous nous réservons le droit d’adapter les prix, les disponibilités, les délais de livraison ainsi que les quantités, si des modifications correspondantes interviennent de la part de nos fournisseurs ou en raison des conditions du marché. Ceci s’applique également aux offres émises ainsi qu’aux commandes confirmées, dans la mesure où nous sommes concernés et dans les limites autorisées par la loi.
Cette situation peut être considérée comme une perturbation exceptionnelle du marché et un cas de force majeure.
Pour vous, cela signifie que les prix, disponibilités et délais de livraison peuvent évoluer à court terme. Nous restons en contact étroit avec nos fournisseurs et continuons d’évaluer des sources d’approvisionnement alternatives.
Pour les produits critiques, nous recommandons une planification anticipée des besoins ainsi qu’une coordination en amont.

The situation in international raw material and procurement markets remains strained and has not eased in recent weeks.
Price developments in the plastics sector continue. In addition to packaging solutions based on polyethylene (LDPE) and polypropylene (PP), products made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) are increasingly affected. Furthermore, adhesive tapes made from all types of plastics as well as packaging solutions made from PVC are now also affected by price increases and limited availability. In addition, a supply bottleneck in the availability of certain plastic granulates as well as recycled granulates is beginning to emerge.
Across various product groups, price adjustments are being implemented at very short notice, in some cases with extremely limited lead time. In the event of non-acceptance of these adjustments, manufacturers are increasingly forced to cancel already confirmed orders. At the same time, price validity periods are shortening and are in some cases confirmed only at short notice. In addition, suppliers are increasingly unable to guarantee binding quantities or are adjusting previously confirmed volumes.
Paper products, corrugated board and wooden pallets also continue to be affected by cost adjustments, particularly due to developments in energy, transport and logistics costs.
Against this background, we reserve the right to adjust prices, availability, delivery times and quantities where such changes are required due to supplier actions or market conditions. This also applies to submitted quotations and confirmed orders, to the extent that we are affected and where legally permissible.
This situation may be considered an exceptional market disruption and a case of force majeure.
For you, this means that prices, availability and delivery times may change at short notice.
We remain in close contact with our suppliers and continue to evaluate alternative sourcing options.
For critical products, we recommend early planning of requirements and timely coordination.

Evoluzione del mercato dei prodotti di imballaggio e plastici
Gentili Signore e Signori,
La situazione sui mercati internazionali delle materie prime e dell’approvvigionamento rimane tesa e non si è allentata nelle ultime settimane.
L’andamento dei prezzi nel settore delle materie plastiche prosegue. Oltre alle soluzioni di imballaggio a base di polietilene (LDPE) e polipropilene (PP), sono sempre più interessati anche i prodotti in polietilene tereftalato (PET). Inoltre, anche i nastri adesivi in tutte le tipologie di plastica e le soluzioni di imballaggio in PVC sono ormai interessati da aumenti di prezzo e limitazioni nella disponibilità. Si sta inoltre delineando una carenza nella disponibilità di specifici granuli plastici nonché di granuli riciclati.
In diversi gruppi di prodotti, gli adeguamenti di prezzo vengono applicati con preavvisi molto brevi, talvolta estremamente ridotti. In caso di mancata accettazione di tali adeguamenti, i produttori sono sempre più costretti ad annullare ordini già confermati. Allo stesso tempo, i periodi di validità dei prezzi si riducono e in alcuni casi vengono confermati solo a breve termine. Inoltre, i fornitori non garantiscono più quantità vincolanti o adeguano i volumi già confermati.
Anche i prodotti in carta, il cartone ondulato e i pallet in legno continuano ad essere interessati da adeguamenti dei costi, in particolare a causa dell’evoluzione dei costi energetici, di trasporto e logistici.
In questo contesto, ci riserviamo il diritto di adeguare prezzi, disponibilità, tempi di consegna e quantità qualora tali modifiche si rendano necessarie a causa dei fornitori o delle condizioni di mercato. Ciò vale anche per offerte già presentate e ordini confermati, nella misura in cui siamo interessati e nei limiti consentiti dalla legge.
Questa situazione può essere considerata una perturbazione eccezionale del mercato e un caso di forza maggiore.
Per voi ciò significa che prezzi, disponibilità e tempi di consegna possono variare a breve termine. Rimaniamo in stretto contatto con i nostri fornitori e continuiamo a valutare fonti di approvvigionamento alternative.
