Film with a very high recycled content at Müller AG Verpackungen

Our customer Müller AG Verpackungen in Münchenstein uses our Film with a very high recycled content.

Previously, the company used transparent shrink film made from 1a goods to protect its goods after palletization. Those responsible were looking for a more sustainable product and, thanks to the advice of our key account manager Florian Kläui a film with recycled content from our range. The film is slightly gray due to the recycled content, but equally meets all the requirements for Stability and protection.

This is how it works:

The film is clamped in the existing wrapping machine.
The pallet is placed in the system run in and measured. The shrinking unit uses the measurement data to select the right film size and produces the shrink hood to the desired length.
Energy-efficient radiant heaters are used to heat the film in order to achieve the required temperature during cooling. Shrinkage effect of the film to reach.
This means that the load Optimally stabilized and secured for transportation.
