NeoVac has specialized in the Intelligent and resource-conserving use and safe storage of energy and water specialized. They offer solutions for consumption-based energy and water cost billing (VEWA). NeoVac also prepares consumption-based energy and water bills for over 600,000 homes. The workshop was about Optimization, consumption, application and much more.
Nine people from NeoVac's logistics department were present, including users and team leaders. Before the workshop, Benjamin Vögtler was shown a complex packaging process with small and large parts by a user. This application was then used directly as a reference example in the workshop.
Benjamin Vögtler worked directly with the NeoVac team to develop the optimum packaging process and contributed ideas:
Instead of a classic folding box, an alternative is a Speedbox can be used. This means that users can finish packaging up to three times faster.
Instead of regular adhesive tape, the sustainable version can be used as a PET adhesive tape can be used.

Under the leadership of Manuel Jost, the focus was not on fundamental changes, but on Fine adjustments with a big impact:
fewer variants,
less filling material,
more clarity, more sustainability.
The NeoVac employees were very interested and were able to apply what they had learned directly. The feedback was as follows:
